Shipping Policy

At Minimused, we are committed to delivering your custom figurines safely and on time. This Shipping Policy establishes the legal framework between Minimused and our customers, and sets clear expectations about order processing, shipping methods, costs, and potential service interruptions. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing Time

All figurines are made to order. Production time is typically 1-2 weeks from the date your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and delivery method. Any applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA)

Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping

International orders typically take 10–21 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by their country.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking details. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

Service Interruptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier disruptions, customs processing, extreme weather, or force majeure events beyond our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us at Minimused.com/contact. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Restrictions

We currently ship worldwide, except where restricted by international shipping carriers or applicable trade laws.
